Email support@lampstandcybersolutions.org with your issue or question. Every request is tracked and prioritized.

2. We Schedule a Remote Session
We'll schedule a time during our service hours to connect remotely and resolve your issue.

3. Remote Connection & Resolution
Using secure remote support tools (RustDesk), we connect to your system and handle the troubleshooting. You can watch, ask questions, or step away—whatever works for you.

4. Proactive Monitoring
Between support requests, we monitor your security, review system health, and address potential issues before they become problems.

Response Times:

  • Critical issues: 4 hours (system down, major security incident)

  • Urgent issues: 8 hours (significant impact on operations)

  • Routine requests: 12 hours (standard support, questions, optimization)

Service Hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 5:30-9:00 PM ET

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM ET

  • Emergency support available after hours at premium rates ($100/hr, 2-hour minimum)
